Unable to load Training
The training material you are attempting to load could not be accessed. This may be caused by browser settings or browser plugins preventing this system from authenticating your access.
Please make sure that you have cookies enabled in your browser.
Please see the below instructions for all common browsers on how to enable cookies:
Chrome
1) Click the triple dot menu at the top of the browser.
2) Select "Settings".
3) Click "Privacy and security".
4) Select "Cookies and other site data".
5) Under "Sites" that can always use cookies" click "Add" and then type in *.coursecontainer.com and click "Add"
Safari
1) Go to "Settings" in iOS and then select "Safari".
2) Make sure that "Block all Cookies" is not enabled.
3) If you still experience issues uncheck "Prevent Cross-Site tracking".
Firefox
1) Click the "hamburger" menu at the top of the browser.
2) Select "Options"
3) Click "Privacy"
4) Under "Cookies and Site Data" click "Manage Exceptions".
5) Under "Address of website" type *.coursecontainer.com and click "Allow".
Edge
1) Click the triple dots at the top of the browser.
2) Select "Privacy, search, and services".
3) Under "Exceptions", click the right arrow and select "Add Site"
4) Type in *.coursecontainer.com and then hit "Add"
If you still experience issues
You may be using a browser plugin such as Adblock Plus that is preventing your computer from authenticating. Please try disabling any such browser plugins and try again
